Services
Croatian Care for the Aged Association Inc (CCAA) is a non for profit organisation that provides services to frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers of a Croatian background in all metropolitan areas of Adelaide South Australia and the far north – Coober Pedy. The aim of CCAA is to assist target groups to live independently at home and in the community.
CCAA manages one program:
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
CHSP is funded by the Commonwealth government, Department of Health for people 65 year of age and over. Through this program CCAA provides the following services:
Domestic Assistance
Transport (direct and indirect)
Individual Social Support
Group Social Support
Centre based Meals
