Croatian Care for the Aged Association Inc (CCAA) is a non for profit organisation that provides services to frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers of a Croatian background in all metropolitan areas of Adelaide South Australia and the far north – Coober Pedy. The aim of CCAA is to assist target groups to live independently at home and in the community.

COMMONWEALTH HOME SUPPORT PROGRAM (CHSP)
CHSP is funded by the Commonwealth government, Department of Health for people 65 year of age and over. Through this program CCAA provides the following services:
Domestic Assistance
Transport (direct and indirect)
Individual Social Support
Group Social Support
Centre based Meals
Monthly Group Activities
Group Social Support at the Croatian Club – 2nd Tuesday in a month
Centre based Meals at the Croatian Club – 2nd Tuesday in a month
Carers Group – 3rd Tuesday in a month
Bingo at the Croatian Club – last Tuesday in a month
Outings – Quarterly
